Snow upon snow, cold upon cold, that's what the past week and a half has been like. Stuck inside, I've been starting the day with little watercolor sketches of views from my windows. (Click on the art to enlarge it.) It's made me appreciate the tranquility of winter, especially after the crazy of the holidays. Even sound is muffled, just the white noise of the furnace and the humidifier.
I love these simple images... My favourite is the icicles.
